maintaining a conspiracy of silence around the crimes."
So why did Harper invite Mr. Meles? Your guess is as good as ours!
In its latest country report, the United States Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor noted the poor human rights record of the Mr. Meles’s Ethiopian regime. In part, the Bureau’s report recorded the occurrences of “unlawful killings, torture, beating, abuse and mistreatment of detainees and opposition supporters by security forces, often acting with evident impunity… arbitrary arrest and detention,
particularly of suspected sympathizers or members of opposition or insurgent groups…”
Even if Harper were to ignore the evidence of war crimes perpetrated by Meles’s regime and its poor human rights record, Harper can not ignore the fact that Meles is holding a Canadian citizen, Mr. Makhtal, for three years without due process.
Now that Zenawi is at the summit, Canadian citizens and all the friends of humanity and those who believe in the sanctity of human life should campaign with us for the arrest and prosecution of Mr. Meles in Canada for the crimes he has perpetrated against all Ethiopians.

what u don't understand is 3 out 4 converts to Islam realise they were searching for God and not religion and then leave Islam.
