Eighteen civilians were detained in the town of Abaa Qorow in Shabeele province as confirmed by local eye witnesses.
In this latest incident of torture and arrest, the (Ethiopian) Woyane militias are reported to have arrested many Ogaden civilians on July 21, 2010. So far the names below were received from our reporters on the ground and individuals who requested anonymity, as they are not authorized to divulge such information to the public.

In related news, Ethiopian soldiers killed two men in the town, The names of the victims are said to be Caaqib Cumar Mataan and Naasir Cadheys Cali. This illegal killing happened on July 20 and 21, 2010 respectively.
