Reports reaching Ogaden Online service desk from the Village of Burqo yar indicate that the Ethiopian military personnel deployed there gang raped two women. This gruesome incident took place on July 14th, 2010.
Our reporters obtained the Names of the victims, but the victim's relatives requested not to be published for fear of Ethiopian soldiers might hurt their families. It is reported that the two women are still in Ethiopian millitary custody. Also, the health of the gang raped women are deteriorating since they have almost bled to death due to the injuries caused by the gang rape.
This is not the first time Ogaden Online reporters have encountered such a disturbing piece of news however it seems to be becoming the modus operandi of some of the Ethiopian military personnel who are not afraid of any possible prosecution for their inhuman, indecent acts against the children of Ogaden Somalis.

Its funny i see a lot of "cut and paste" for these so called "rapes".... one rape bleeds into the next
its desensitizing , another thing reports come in weeks past due. Its one thing to report a "rape" case
its another to water it down to such generic levels. Maybe if you gave the victims some human quality
besides just their sex it maybe help them and their situation as well as the respectable people of that
region!
