Eight civilians were detained in the village of Lahelow, which is part of Dollo province as confirmed by local eye witnesses.
In this latest incident of torture and arrest, the (Ethiopian) Woyane militias are reported to have arrested many Ogaden civilians on Oct 13th. So far the names below were received from our reporters on the ground and individuals who requested anonymity, as they are not authorized to divulge such information to the public.

In related news, Ethiopian soldiers illegally detained to men in the town of Gurdumi. Their names are said to be Maxamuud Cabdi Muxumed and Mukhtaar Yuusuf Geed-Cadde. This illegal detention happened on Oct 08, 2012
Also, its reported that on Oct 10th Ethiopian Army and its associated militia arrested and severely tortured a Man named Mahad Dheeg Maxamuud, in place called Gasan-gas, near Xamaro.
