For the past couple of days, streams of youth from North America and Europe have been arriving Frankfort, Germany. These individuals were representatives of the Ogaden Youth and Student Union (OYSU) in many Countries from North America and Europe.
Representatives from the host State, Germany, welcomed these delegates at the Frankfort International Airport, bus terminals and train stations. The delegates were then taken to a major hotel where lodging and a special welcoming dinner awaited. The delegates are to attend the yearly Ogaden Youth and Student Union (OYSU) convention. This year, the convention is being held Frankfort, Germany. The convention will open on Jan 2, 2012. It is to continue until the 6th of January.
Aside from the Youth delegates, high ranking official of the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) including the president of ONLF Admiral Mohamed Omar Osman and other ONLF official are in attendance. Also in attendance are Youths from East Africa, such Eritrea, Oromo and Somalia, experts in fields such as genocide, and foreign reporters some of whom are set to report the convention live on air.
