Ogaden Online front-line reporter covering the liberation war in the Ogaden reported that attacks by ONLA (Ogaden National Liberation Army) against Ethiopian Army (Woyane) and its associated militia are still continuing fiercely. During the operations, which involved ambushes on military vehicles, raids on army camps, and regular attacks, Ethiopian forces suffered massive losses, including deaths, injuries, and material destruction.

Our front-line correspondent reported that an ambush that took place near Galalshe was among the latest victories scored by the ONLA. A truck carrying many soldiers was destroyed in the ambush. Both the vehicle and all its passengers were reduced to ashes.

On 2 October, ONLA fighters carried out an attack at a place called Dhaban in Garbo District, killing three soldiers and wounding two others. On 3 October, in Bakti Weynaha of Garbo District, a battle between ONLA fighters and colonial Ethiopian troops resulted in the killing of one soldier and wounding of several others.

A highly trained ONLA unit on 15 October carried out an ambush on Ethiopian troops passing through Qollaji in Babile District, destroying one Ural army truck and killing many soldiers riding in it.

On 17 October, an ONLA unit attacked Ethiopian troops stationed in Gir Go'an, killing three soldiers and wounding two others
