Dozens of civilians were detained in the village of Yoocaale, near Aware and Degahbur city which is part of Jarar province as confirmed by local eye witnesses.
In this latest incident of torture and arrest, the (Ethiopian) Woyane and its associated militias are reported to have arrested many Ogaden civilians on September 29th and October 1st 2011. So far the names below were received from our reporters on the ground and individuals who requested anonymity, as they are not authorized to divulge such information to the public.
