Very disturbing news reaching Ogaden Online service desk from the Village of Higlaley, which is Degahbour province state that Ethiopian soldiers and its associated militia stationed there had beheaded dozens of civilians.
Also, Ogaden Online reporter in the area confirmed that Twenty Seven civilians were kidnapped from the village as confirmed by local eye witnesses.

All our on the ground reports indicate that anyone who survived from this barbaric acts fled in terror to the bushes, abandoning their belongings. Currently hundreds of Children, women and the elderly are hiding among the bushes with no food and shelter.
It was just a month ago when Ethiopian soldiers kidnapped 25 civilians in Higlaley Village, No one knows whereabouts those kidnapped civilians.
At the time of publishing this report, there has been no emergency aid given to these displaced people by anyone.
In related news, Ogaden Online reporter in Qabridahar confirms the gruesome killings of dozens of civilians by the Ethiopian military and its associated militia.
In the latest incident of killings, torture and arrest, the Ethiopian soldiers and its associated militias are reported to have killed and arrested many Ogaden civilians in Qaabridahare city and outlying towns and hamlets.
It is reported that four dead civilians were this morning, local time, dropped in outskirt of the city. They showed signs of extreme torture prior to being strangulated to death.
As if extra judicial killings alone were not bad enough, the Ethiopians barred anyone from burying the dead civilians.
So far our reporters in the area were able to compile an initial list of the deceased that consists of four individuals. Including one woman. Their names include:.

- Fardowsa Geelle
- Agaasin Wacdi Shaqlane
- Abdullahi Abdi Jigre
It is reported that Abdi Iley, the so called presiden of the Ogaden visited Degahbour and Qabridahar recently in order to congratulate the military commanders leading the massacre and give further instructions regarding the new genocide campaign that is being planned for the rest of the Ogaden civilians.
Our senior reporter in the area indicates that this gruesome act on the part of the Ethiopian and its associated militia follows recent failures in the battlefields that these militias have encountered in the hand of the Ogaden National Liberation Army (ONLA).
