According to ForeignLobbying.org, a web site run by ProPublica and Sunlight Foundation, Ethiopian dictator Meles Zenawi's regime has so far paid $2.3 Million for Lobbying.
The database lists 908 contacts made between March 2007 to October 2008. The issues range from Ethiopia press coverage, to materials related to U.S. election perceptions in Ethiopia.
