Reports reaching the Ogaden Online service desk confirm an increasing trend of new extra judicial killings, severe forms of torture and lootings
of civilian property by the Woyane militias throughout Ogaden.

In the latest incident of torture, the Woyane militias are reported to have severely tortured an Ogaden civilian on January 27th in the vicinity
of Gudhis which is part of the Nogob province. The tortured civilian’s name is confirmed as Daahir Sheekh Maxamed. It is also reported that an
Ogaden woman by the name Sahra Cabdulahi Yusuf was taken away by the samemilitia.

In related news, reports also indicate the detention of many civilians in the cities of Awaare and Dhagax Bur. It is also reported that the Woyane
militia in the town of Raarta, part of the Jarar province, not only detained a a civilian by the name Fu'aad Qumane, but also looted his
store. Reports indicate that this militia took cash that a Somali interpreter with this militia confirmed to total 35,000 Ethiopian Birrs.
