Following total rejeciton by Ethiopians in Diaspora on the so called Economic Transfoamtion mission, TPLF has summond home more than 22 of its diplomates in North America.
Reliable sources said 22 diplomates from Canada and Washington have recieved letters that order them to immediately report to Addis Ababa for possible evaluation of their performance about the failed TPLF's economic Transformation propaganda.
Sources close to some diplomates indicates that Zenawi's regime felt betrayed by some diplomates who are close to Abbadula and other arrested OPD officials, while the regime also accuse some of its officials of openly showing sympathy to Ginbot 7, Ogaden and OLF officials in diaspora. The regime of Zenawi fears its diplomates are highly infilterated by pro-democracy forces in diaspora and has lost confidence in most of them.
There is a fear among the diplomates that they could end up in detention just like more than 120 OPDO officials who are already in prison on the alegation of having link to OLF and other oppositon parties.
