July 21, 2008 Reports reaching us from Gode City indicate that Ugaas Abdirahman Ugaas Muhumed who was held last several days at Ethiopian Military base in Gode has been transferred to an unknown location.

The Guards at the Military base where the Ugaas was jailed informed his relatives to collect his belongings from the base.

Ugaas Abdirahman is a respected leader and tension is mounting between Ethiopian soldiers and the local residence. Ethiopian soldiers arrested many people including Ugaas Abdriahman's close relatives and many city dwellers.
